Does it cost to send my device to you?
Yes, but only one way, we will always send your device back to you by recorded delivery (Insured up to £500) Free of charge. We recommend that you also use a recorded delivery service to send your device to us.
Will I lose my data?
We have never lost data from a device however we recommend that you back up your device prior to sending it into us as we cannot be responsible for the data held on it.
How can I pay for my repair?
We accept payment via Paypal or Credit/Debit card through Paypal, if we repair your device at your home or place of work, cash is preferable, a invoice/receipt will be provided, No VAT is chargeable.
Do your repairs come with any warranty?
We offer a 12 months warranty on all of our repairs, this is a parts and labour warranty that covers issues with any parts we have fitted. This does not cover physical damage or other faults on the device.
How long will I be without my device?
Postal repairs usually take between 3 – 5 days for you to receive your device back. We understand your mobile is your lifeline so will get it back to you ASAP. Most repairs are completed within a couple of days and we always send your device back the same day as the repair is complete.
Do you accept trade/corporate repairs?
We certainly do, the majority of our work is for other businesses and phone shops across the UK.
Can I trust you with my device?
